Turkish, Iranian Foreign Ministers Address Nuclear Talks

(MENAFN) Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, engaged in a telephone conversation to deliberate on the forthcoming nuclear discussions scheduled for Friday in Istanbul.

According to sources from the Turkish diplomatic corps, their Monday call also covered the humanitarian crisis in Gaza as well as recent developments in Syria.

The new round of nuclear negotiations involving Iran and the three European nations collectively referred to as the E3—the United Kingdom, France, and Germany—is planned to be held in Istanbul, Türkiye, this Friday.
